Standard configuration:
Tanks and Cart:
Ø Caustic tanks and acid tanks with bottom outlets
Ø Cart made out of stainless steel framing to accommodate the two tanks, the heating tube, and the control panel. Cart has four wash down casters for mobility.
Ø In-line heater for caustic
Ø Separate sanitizer line to prevent cross contamination with the caustic
Ø Directional valves for recirculating and transferring to the tanks to be cleaned
Ø CIP output connection via 1.5” TCCIP return connection via 1.5” tri clamp
Heating System:
Ø The heating pipe is located in the caustic tank
