countermeasure

Appropriate to add hop content, can be adjusted according to different production volume, pay attention to refrigerated sealed storage. The pH value of saccharification brewing water should be greater than 7, and the acid and alkali should be added to reduce pH. Avoid overwashing the tank, increase the boiling strength, and the boiling time is controlled at 80 minutes. The wort pH is between 5.2 and 5.4. Appropriate amount of wort during oxygenation.
