This system is a yeast activation system, including activation tank, compressed air intake pipeline, carbon dioxide intake pipeline and yeast output pipeline. The inside of the activation tank is used for yeast activation; the compressed air intake pipeline is used for the activation of the activation tank. Compressed air is supplied inside, and the carbon dioxide intake pipeline is used to supply carbon dioxide to the inside of the activation tank; the yeast output pipeline is used to communicate with the fermentation tank to deliver the activated yeast to the inside of the fermentation tank. The yeast activation system can directly provide the activated yeast into the fermenter, and avoid the problems of slow fermentation and poor microbial control caused by directly putting the yeast into the fermenter. At the same time, the activation conditions of the yeast in the yeast activation system are controllable. Compared with the expansion and reproduction of the yeast, the activation period is short and the activation procedure is simple, which can ensure the high activation efficiency of the yeast, and can adjust the activation yield according to the fermentation demand.
