At present, there are generally three types of beer on the market, draft beer, cooked beer, and fresh beer.

Draft beer refers to beer that has not undergone traditional high-temperature sterilization and secondary fermentation. This type of beer is generally sold locally and should not be stored for too long. Therefore, many draft beers on the market are barreled, and the taste is better than that of cooked beers, but because they are not sterilized and oxygenated, they can only be kept fresh for one or two days at room temperature.

 

Different from draft beer, cooked beer is generally processed by pasteurization in order to make it have a longer shelf life after being brewed. Most of these beers are bottled or canned, and the shelf life at room temperature can reach half a year. ;

 

The quality, preservation period and nutritional value of fresh beer are generally between those of draft beer and cooked beer. After short-term sterilization by plate heat exchanger, the preservation period of fresh beer can reach 90 days at room temperature. It can be bottled or barreled.
